Before all this, I spent many decades as a health professional, which gave me both the discipline and problem-solving skills I now apply to online business building. Retirement didn’t mean slowing down for me. Instead, I chose to channel my curiosity and energy into something new—and incredibly rewarding.
My journey with computers began way back in 1985, when Microsoft first released Windows as a graphical interface for MS-DOS. I remember it well—it was a game-changer. For the first time, technology was being designed for the general user, not just techies. I taught myself through trial, error, and persistence, eventually becoming fluent in most major applications. After nearly four decades of hands-on experience, I’ve seen it all—from floppy disks to cloud storage!
One of my earliest tech memories? Buying my first desktop PC and being told that a 40MB hard drive would be more than enough for life. At the time, it seemed plausible—how much space could you possibly need? Fast forward to today, and 40MB wouldn’t hold more than a single photo!
